Discovery Session - The Four Tendencies - How to get things done!
End Time: 6.00 pm
Habits researcher Gretchen Rubin has created The Four Tendencies, a clever framework that describes how you get things done - it all depends on how you respond to inner expectations (the tasks you want to do for yourself) and outer expectations (the tasks others expect you to do). You might be an Obliger, an Upholder, a Questioner or most interestingly, a Rebel!
In this talk, Amanda Kendle will shed light on your own tendency, give some tips on how you can best tick things off your to do list depending on which tendency you are, and also help you learn to live and work with people who have other tendencies.
Cost $5.00. Book and pay online.
