The City of Joondalup has partnered with Harriet Mellor of Your Sales Co to deliver a workshop titled "What's In It For Me?". This interactive webinar will help you to understand the needs and expectations of your clients and customers during a sales opportunity or conversation.
This session is ideal for you if you are struggling with the following:
- Converting opportunities into clients
- How to get the right information from opportunities to be able to sell to them in the
- Structure for selling to clients
- Understanding the difference between a feature and a benefit
- Knowing your USP’s (Unique Selling Points).
During the session Harriet will take you through how to qualify your opportunities effectively
and the importance of asking the hard questions up front. Identifying your USP’s, how to
articulate your features (of your product or service) whilst linking them to a benefit and in turn
understanding WIIFM (What’s In It For Me), to address your clients needs. Finally you will
understand how to sell through Storytelling and how to manage your clients expectations
when it comes to your sales process and onboarding.
