There is a reason sleep deprivation is used as a form of torture. It makes you feel bad. Lack of sleep affects mood, energy, stress levels, and your immune system. Our bodies repair when we sleep.

Poor sleep can be caused by hormones, mood, stress, biochemical imbalances, lifestyle choices, and external factors (children, snoring partners), to name but a few.

In this presentation we will explore a variety of factors that may be affecting your sleep and discover how to get a good night sleep and bounce out of bed in the morning. Sleep really does make the world a better place.
