Map and Directions
Most children have fears and these fears change at different ages and stages of their development. Some fearful reactions can be considered adaptive - they keep us alert in dangerous situations - and some moderate anxiety can enhance performance. However, there is a point at which fears, worries and anxiety can interfere with social, emotional and/or academic development.
This workshop is suitable for parents of children up to age 6 and will help you to understand what your role is when your child has fears, worries and anxiety as well as provides you with some practical tips and strategies to ease your children's fears.
Cost $5.00. Book and pay online.
