Spring is a time for growth, renewal and change, it’s a time to come out of hibernation and form new rituals and habits to create a happier healthier you!

Ecoluxe Events and Sorrento Quay Boardwalk have partnered to present a spring evening of enriching experiences that will educate and inspire men and women across Perth to embrace the new season and start their journey to “living well”.

The Quay will be transformed into an engaging, immersive wellness hub, targeting the diverse pillars of wellness including nutrition, movement, mindfulness and mental health. Featuring presentations from renowned wellness experts and entrepreneurs, a mindfulness stretch & meditation session and a wellness market lane showcasing ethical and low-tox products, with a team of local Wellness Warriors on hand to answer all your questions and help you on your journey to wellness.

Guest Speakers:

Lee Holmes - Lee is not only a holistic nutritionist, whole-foods chef, yoga teacher and Green Nutritionals ambassador, she is the author of six published books on health and wellness. Educating and inspiring women to supercharge their health, Lee takes the complication out of nutrition and wellbeing.

Heidi Anderson - Heidi is one of Perth’s most popular radio broadcasters on the very loved radio station Hit 92.9 and uses her online media profile to share stories of real people that inspires an audience of over 65 thousand. As a advocate for mental health and body positivity, Heidi is shaping the wellness movement in Perth.

Dr Katherine Iscoe - Dr Katherine has completed her Doctoral degrees in exercise physiology and biotechnology, using her knowledge to start a positive movement for body confidence. Through The School of Body Confidence, Dr Katherine has helped hundreds of women regain control of their body confidence.
