Tourism and visitor-focused businesses in the City of Joondalup are invited to attend this skills-based workshop delivered by Tourism Council WA. In this practical four-hour workshop, you will learn why bookable products are critical for your business, develop the practical skills to create your own tourism products and discover how to actively become part of the tourism network.

These skills will help grow your business through creating appealing and bookable visitor experiences, improving your reach, increasing visitor traffic and attracting new customers to your business.

Learn about tourism distribution and the benefits of working with online travel agents, inbound tour operators, wholesalers and visitor centres as well as setting your rates correctly. Discover the essential elements to attract more customers through social media and working with key stakeholders such as Tourism Western Australia and your local regional tourism organisation (RTO).

Topics covered in the workshop include:
